Kidney Wales  is a leading and progressive UK charity. Kidney Wales’s strategic aim is to support patients and families and to promote excellence in renal research.

With Kidney Wales celebrating our 50th anniversary, this role will involve the coordination and planning of a series of celebratory fundraising events.   This is a crucial role within the Kidney Wales strategy and requires an energetic and highly motivated individual to lead the coordination and execution. As fundraising and events executive, you will act as the voice of Kidney Wales locally supporting our fundraisers and the delivery of our anniversary activities.  

The ideal candidate will be confident in the role of project coordinator and have experience of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.  It is also that you have experience of working in the events industry and / or third sector. The role will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to develop opportunities to increase revenue income. 

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, excellent administration, research and reporting capabilities with a keen eye for details. The ideal candidate will be process driven and confident in developing efficient and effective systems to increase the productivity of the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership and genuinely make a difference to the lives of patients and their families suffering with chronic kidney disease. This is a full time post for the duration of the 50th anniversary (18 months).
