Our popular Cheer Station event is making a return in 2026!
Join our amazing volunteer team and help us bring the Kidney Wales spirit to the Cardiff 10K. There are a few ways you can get involved:
📣 Cheer Station Volunteer
- Help motivate and encourage runners along the route
- Create a positive and supportive atmosphere
- Celebrate every runner as they take on the challenge
⛺ Main Tent Support
- Welcome supporters and participants
- Give out refreshments and sweets
- Help create a friendly and engaging space on the day
- Support with general event activities
Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines or helping behind the scenes, your support will help make the event a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Give just 6 minutes of your time and help us reach more people across Wales.
Our free Kidney Health and Kidney Disease talks are available online or in person and can be delivered to community groups, workplaces, organisations, and other audiences. Sessions last approximately 30–45 minutes and provide valuable information on kidney health, kidney disease, and the support available.
These talks also make an ideal Lunch and Learn session, giving colleagues the opportunity to learn more about kidney health during their working day.
