Order a free NKF patient alert card
You can now request a free patient alert card from the Nation Kidney Federation [NKF]. The NKF have designed a card to fit comfortably in a purse, wallet or card holder.
The card is designed to be easy access for paramedics in an emergency, to alert them to them fact you are a kidney patient. Having this information will let them know to take care and take appropriate action.
The NKF are offering the cards to dialysis and transplant clinics, but if you would like one to be sent to you directly, please fill in the short form on the NKF website and they will aim to send it in the post as soon as possible.
