Following a tough couple of days of walking our team enjoyed a well earned rest day today.  They did however manage to drum up some support from the one and only Aled Jones as well as the Maahis restaurant in Ruabon near Wrexham.

The team will be back on foot tomorrow from Chirck to Welshpool.

With just 10 days to go until the walkers return to Cardiff, we need your support.  Every penny that you donate will support our plans to open a wellness centre in Wales for patients and their families.  Donate today.
