Day 23 in pictures

21 miles covered today from Chirk to Welshpool.  One week until our walkers return to Cardiff.  A beautiful day of sunshine today, with some wonderful scenery including the Chirk Castle.

Tomorrow the team will be meeting patients at Welshpool Unit tomorrow before walking the 14 mile route to Newtown.
