Day 23 in Pictures

Todays walked started with a visit to Merthyr Dialysis unit, followed by a Q & A session with the year 5 and 6 pupils at Machen Primary school.  We also celebrated one of our walkers birthdays today…..happy birthday Gerwyn they walked 23.3 miles to celebrate!

After 30 fantastic days, tomorrow will be the finale and the team will be finishing around 2pm at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

It’s not too late to donate , support the team today.

In preparation for our 50th Year Celebration on Saturday in Cardiff we will be launching our auction items to give you the opportunity to win some of the fantastic prizes we have been so kindly donated for the evening.

One stand out item for us is the framed Jamie Roberts Welsh rugby jersey.

Our Chief Executive Roy Thomas said ‘We thank Jamie for his great support for the charity in its 50th year and congratulate Jamie on being chosen to Captain his country and wish him and the Team every success on Tour and in preparations’.

The full list of auction items will be available from 12 o clock on Thursday afternoon, to place a bid email d@kidneywales.cymru
