Role Description: Admin Volunteer Assistant
As an Admin Volunteer Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to raise awareness about kidney health and support individuals affected by kidney disease. Your main role will be to help our volunteer and community engagement officer in sourcing talks for our ambassadors. But wait, there’s more! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities
1.Explore and Connect: Dive into the diverse communities across Wales and connect with organizations, charities, and groups to set up opportunities for our ambassadors to speak.
2. Spread the Word: Use your excellent communication skills to reach out to potential partners and share our message of kidney health and awareness. Don’t worry, we’ll provide you with handy email templates to make things easy!
3. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with our volunteer officer to organize and maintain contact sheets, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
4.Spread the Love: Occasionally, you’ll also get to flex your creativity by helping us source awesome raffle prizes for our events. Who doesn’t love winning cool stuff?
