A Thank You and Christmas Update from Kidney Wales

As we approach the end of 2024, the team at Kidney Wales would like to take a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible year. Thanks to your unwavering support, we’ve been able to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by kidney disease across Wales.

From the runners who took on challenges like the Cardiff Half Marathon and the Cardiff 10K, to the supporters who baked, fundraised, and donated via our regular giving and lottery platforms, your dedication has been truly inspiring. Together, we’ve been able to fund essential support services, support families financially, raise awareness of kidney disease, and create moments of joy for those in our community, like the children’s Christmas party which returned this year.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for what 2025 will bring, and we’re already planning new ways to continue making a positive impact. But for now, it’s time to take a well-deserved break and enjoy the festive season with loved ones.

Please note that the Kidney Wales office will be closed for the festive period between 24th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025. We’ll be back in the New Year, ready to continue this important journey with you. All queries sent to us via email / telephone or social media will not be picked up until we return on the 2nd of January.
