Cardiff 10K

The Cardiff 10K is coming back to the capital city in 2024, and we can’t wait to be a part of it! Thousands of runners will return for one of Wales’ most loved 10K road races on Sunday 1st September, will you be one of them?

Join Team Kidney Wales whether it’s your first 10K, or you are a regular!  Take in some of the most iconic landmarks the city has to offer including Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium and City Hall.

Kidney Wales are headline charity partners for the event, and have spaces available for just £1 for those wanting to raise funds and champion our important cause as they take on their personal challenge. We do ask when obtaining one of these charity spaces that you set a minimum fundraising target of £125 per space.  All runners will receive a fundraising pack, and when reaching £75 of their fundraising target they will receive a running vest.

In 2023 163 runners joined Team Kidney Wales raising an incredible £30,000, we are aiming for an even bigger team on Sunday 1 September 2024!
