The CDF 10K is coming back to the capital city in 2027 after a record breaking year in 2026 and we can’t wait to be a part of it! Thousands of runners will return for one of Wales’ most loved 10K road races on Sunday 5th September, will you be one of them?
Join Team Kidney Wales whether it’s your first 10K, or you are a regular! Take in some of the most iconic landmarks the city has to offer including Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium and City Hall.
Register today for just £1 (first 50 entries) or thereafter £5 to join Team Kidney Wales as headline charity partners, with a fundraising pledge of £125. Once you reach £100 of your target, you’ll receive a Kidney Wales running top as a thank you for your support. Anyone who raises over £150 will also receive a pair of branded bib clips.
Your support allows Kidney Wales to continue providing vital services, from patient support and emergency financial aid to funding research and raising awareness. By running for us, you’re helping to make a real difference for those affected by kidney disease across Wales.
As a member of Team Kidney Wales, you’ll receive:

Charity place terms and conditions
Kidney Wales – Cardiff 10K 2027 Charity Place Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to run the Cardiff 10K for Kidney Wales. By accepting one of our charity places, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Fee
£1 registration fee for the first 50 charity place entries.
£5 registration fee for all charity place entries thereafter.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Fundraising Commitment
You agree to raise a minimum of £125 (excluding Gift Aid) for Kidney Wales.
All fundraising must be completed within 4 weeks of race day and be for Kidney Wales only.
£50 of your minimum fundraising target must be raised by 31st of July 2027. If you have registered after this date, £50 must be raised within 14 days of signing up.
Communication
You must keep in regular contact with Kidney Wales, respond to emails and texts, and provide updates on your fundraising. Failure to respond to communications and show any fundraising activity within 5 weeks of race day may result in your place being withdrawn
Withdrawal & Cancellation
If you are unable to take part, you must inform Kidney Wales as soon as possible so that your place can be re allocated.
Your registration fee is non-refundable.
Funds already raised will remain with Kidney Wales and cannot be refunded to donors.
Health & Safety
You confirm you are medically fit to participate and understand you take part at your own risk.
Kidney Wales is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
By accepting a Cardiff 10K charity place, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
