Join Kidney Wales at Trelai Park Run
We’re delighted to have been invited by parkrun at Trelai Park as a Health Headline Partner on Saturday 28th April, and we’d love you to join us.
This is a wonderful opportunity to bring our kidney community together.
Whether you are a patient, carer, family member, healthcare professional, supporter or anyone whose life has been touched by kidney disease, you are warmly invited to take part.

Parkrun is open to all abilities. You can walk, jog or run the 5k route it’s about taking part, not finishing time.

We’ll be on site from 8:30am, with the main briefing starting at 8:45am before the 9:00am start.
Wear something in Kidney Wales colours so we can spot you, if you have a Kidney Wales top from a previous event pop it on!
Parking and toilet facilities are available on site.

📝 First Time at Parkrun?
If you haven’t taken part in parkrun before, it is completely free of charge but you’ll need to register in advance and bring your barcode with you on the day. You can register for free via the parkrun website. register | parkrun UK
