Join Team Kidney Wales in 2025 and take on the iconic TCS London Marathon!

If you’re only ever going to do one marathon, the TCS London Marathon is a great choice, and in 2025 they will be celebrating 45 years of this iconic event so expect a spectacle!

You will be taking on the legendary course with over 40,000 other runners and thousands of supporters.  From the cheering crowds and thrilling atmosphere to the world famous landmarks lining the 26.2-mile route from Greenwich to the Mall, it’s no surprise that this is one of the most famous races in the world.

Whether this is your first marathon, or you’re a seasoned pro, we’d love for you to join our team. We’ll support your London Marathon journey with fundraising and training tips, and step by step, you’ll help provide for those living with kidney disease across Wales.

The ballot for the 2025 TCS London Marathon is now closed. The results of the 2025 TCS London Marathon Ballot will be emailed to all entrants in July.

If you are lucky enough to have been allocated a ballot space, and you would like to support Kidney Wales we would love to hear from you.  It’s a big challenge, but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! We’ll can provide ample fundraising advice, materials and your race day top!

Charity Place

We have now filled our charity places at the 2025 TCS London Marathon.

If you have been successful in obtaining a place with us, you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50. You would also be required to raise a minimum sponsorship amount of £1700 by the beginning of May 2025 (£850 of this by the end of January 2025).  You must be over 18 and be willing to commit to the training and fundraising.

In some circumstances places do become available when the ballot entries are announced or due to injury. To join our waiting list. Please send us a completed application form by email to [email protected].
