Porthcawl Christmas Morning Swim 2023
Since 1965 the Christmas morning swim has been raising thousands of pounds for local charities and organisations. Kidney Wales has been selected this year as the headline beneficiary charity, in loving memory of Dr David Parry.
Join over 1,000 people take on this festive challenge on Monday 25 December 2023. The event starts at 10.30am, with the swim starting at 11.45am. The meeting point is The Hi-Tide Inn, Mackworth Road, Porthcawl, CF36 5BT.

This years theme is PANTOMIME – who will you come as? Will you be a Dame or a Principal Boy? Mother Goose or Captain Hook? The front of the Pantomime horse or the back?
Volunteering Opportunities
Join the fundraising efforts in the lead-up to the swim, by helping to sell raffle tickets at the HiTide Christmas parties.
We’re looking for dedicated volunteers on the following dates between 8.30 – 9.30pm
Fridays: 1st, 8th, and 15th December
Saturdays: 2nd, 9th, and 16th December
