Kidney Wales Walk for Life Weekend

Wherever you are across Wales, join members of our community taking part in our virtual Walk for Life.

Choose your distance: 2K, 5K, or 10K.

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues.

As much as we’d like as many people as possible taking part on Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th of July, if this date is not convenient for you, you can select your own date over the Summer.  The beauty of this being a virtual walk, you can select where you walk and when you walk. 

If you would prefer, you can also take on this challenge based on step count! Select your distance: 2K, 5K, or 10K. If you are choosing to do this challenge at home, our suggestions would be 2K = 2624 steps, 5K = 6561 steps, 10K = 13123 steps.

All walkers will receive a Walk for Life t-shirt and a finisher’s medal to celebrate your fantastic achievement.

Entry Fee – £10 per adult / £6 per child

If you feel you are able to, we’d appreciate any fundraising that you can do alongside your Walk for Life. You will receive a sponsorship form and a fundraising guide as part of your walk pack. Did you know raising £67.50 could supply 50 patients with a fistula cap to help stop a life-threatening bleed.
