Gift Aid it!
If you are a UK taxpayer, you can increase your gift by 25% at no cost to you, which means your gift will go further towards improving the lives of kidney patients in Wales.
Gift Aid is a government initiative that allows donations given to charity to be tax-free. So, for every £1 you donate, we can claim another 25p from the government. Once you’ve given your permission over the phone, or by completing our Gift Aid declaration form, we can claim the tax back on your donation.
You qualify to Gift Aid your donations if you are a UK taxpayer and you pay sufficient income tax and/or capital gains tax to cover the amount of Gift Aid Kidney Wales will reclaim. It is your responsibility to pay the difference if you pay less tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year.
