Whether you’ve raised money for Kidney Wales through organising an event, taking on a personal challenge, or holding a cake sale, your fundraising will help change the lives of patients and their families living with Chronic Kidney Disease in Wales.

Paying in your fundraising is quick and easy!
Here are a few ways you can do it:
By Bank Transfer
You can make a quick and easy transfer of your fundraising money directly to Kidney Wales bank account. Just email us at team@kidneywales.cymru or call us on 02920 343940 and we can provide you with our bank details.
This is a great way of getting your fundraised money to us, as there’s no charges incurred either! Please make sure you let us know when you are paying in any donations directly into our account, so that we can ensure you are thanked appropriately.
By Phone
Give us a call on 02920 343940 and make your donation with your debit or credit card. We’re here to help Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Gift Aid it!
Gift Aid is a great way to make every donation worth 25% more and it won’t cost your sponsors a penny more.
It’s simple – when using a paper sponsor form get your sponsors to tick the Gift Aid box on your sponsor form and fill in their name, first line of the address, postcode and date of payment. *
This will mean Kidney Wales can claim tax back from the government on the donation and get more benefit from your fundraising.
If you raise £100, Kidney Wales could claim an extra £25.00
so your fundraising would have helped raise £125
Kidney Wales will need all details completed in full, and a copy of the sponsor form to claim any gift aid.
When making donations online via platforms such as just giving, sponsors are offered the option to add gift aid which is automatically claimed by the provider and sent to the charity.

If you’d like to pay by cheque please make it payable to ‘Kidney Wales charity’ and send it to the address below. Don’t forget to pop a note in with your cheque that has your details on it, so we can write back and thank you for your kind gift. Please don’t send cash in the post.

Via your JustGiving Page
If you have already set up a Just Giving page to receive donations for your fundraising activity, all funds received on your page will automatically be sent to us at Kidney Wales.
If you have any cash donations to add to your total, it can either be paid onto your page or you can use one of the methods above to get that into us.
Please make sure you let us know when you have finished your fundraising on just giving, and have your final amount raised as we aren’t notified by just giving of this and we like to make sure you are thanked for your amazing efforts!
