Graham Cater (39) from Llantwit Fardre donated a kidney to his brother in May 2007, sadly after complications the kidney lasted only 12 weeks and his brother has been back on dialysis since waiting for the gift of life from another donor.

In support of his brother and the many other patients in Wales waiting for a life saving transplant. Graham was set a challenge by a former Round Table Area Chairman and President, Tudor Williams, to fill a waistcoat with Round Table, Ladies Circle & 41 Club pins to be auctioned/raffled off.

Graham made contact with all the all the Round Table organisation’s across the world and asked them to support kidney patients here in Wales.

The waistcoat now with over 300 pins which include ones from New Zealand, India, France, Germany, Sweden, Malta, Estonia and Belgium and many more. For a YouTube clip of the pins collected so far click here
