Asian food has had a presence in the UK for almost 400 years, in which time this increasingly popular cuisine has undergone significant transformations to become the deliciously sought after dining experience it is today.
In celebration of this culinary evolution, this autumn will see the highly anticipated launch of Asian Food Awards Limited at Cardiff’s prestigious City Hall.

Taking place on 31st October 2013, the inaugural ceremony will award recognition to the finest Asian food establishments, culinary teams, and innovative ideas across Wales and the West.

There will be six awards (one per region), followed by an award for the overall winner. There will also be extending an award to the best nominated take-away in Wales and the best nominated take-away in the West Country.
