This year World Kidney Day is all about Living Well with Kidney Disease. There will be resources available to you throughout the week, including patient stories, an educational event and an our exciting virtual Taith Dros Gymru challenge.

Southampton’s PEEER Youth Service have worked hard to bring you an event for young adults and families. They will be hosting a virtual event on World Kidney Day, providing a perfect opportunity to connect with other families that are living with all kidney related illnesses. This session is open you know matter where you are based.

Konnecting on World Kidney Day is for the whole family, it is a chance for everyone to get involved and share stories about living well, lessons learned and more

The evening event will have plenty of fun activities to engage everyone. The Youth workers have also planned to have two expert lead ‘breakout rooms’, where parents, carers, patients and young people will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This will take place on World Kidney Day, Thursday 11th March at 6pm and is expected to end at 7:30pm. It will take place on Zoom so all you need is yourself and your computer.
