To promote self-care, with funding from the Moondance Foundation, Kidney Wales launched a Well-being Voucher project early in 2021. A small gesture to patients during thee challenging times of the pandemic, that we hope supported patients through the lock down, and while the COVID vaccine was rolled out more widely. £5,000 of funding was donated from the Moondance Foundation, to bring this project to life for our community.
