Kidney Wales was delighted to receive an award of £15,473 from The Postcode Community Trust, helping support our kidney community as anxieties and pressures relating to the cost of living crisis continues to grow. The grant awarded will provide wrap around support to patients in key areas affected by the cost of living crisis. Individualised advice and referrals will be provided through our Patient information and support manager. This grant is also supporting the processing, provision and delivery of 60 £100 wellbeing food vouchers for patients most in need, to ease pressure in their time of hardship.
