Kidney Wales is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Admin Officer to join our small but passionate team. In this vital role, you’ll provide efficient, responsive, and friendly administrative support across our patient services, fundraising activity, volunteer engagement, and day-to-day operations.

A key focus of the role will be supporting our Patient Finance Grant Programme, helping ensure patients and families receive the financial assistance they need, when they need it most. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals to process grant applications, maintain accurate records through our CRM system (Beacon), respond to patient and clinician queries, and keep applicants informed every step of the way.

You’ll also play a hands-on role in welcoming new patients to the Kidney Wales community, helping to coordinate and distribute welcome packs and essential information.
